.  Beacon Meadows has approximately 79 homes in it.  The Subdivision is just a subdivision that is basically two streets (Covington Rd & Westbrook Rd) that form a circle with 4 small courts off the circle. The courts names are: 
        Buckingham Ct
        Canterbury Ct
        Berkshire Ct
        Cranbrook Ct

      
Beacon Meadow homes are mostly Colonial and Cape Cod style homes, though there are a few ranches and a contemporary home.  Most of the homes have brick exteriors & brick/vinyl & brick/wood exteriors, 3 + car garages, 4-5 bedrooms,  3.5 + bathrooms, basements (some walkout, some regular basements).

                                            

               
There is one pond and about 8 homes have a pond view. The homes that are one the pond are on Coventry Rd.  There is a commons area down to the pond.  The pond is not fit for swimming and they don't encourage fishing.  But the geese and ducks love it.  I don't know how deep it is.  The lots in Beacon Meadow subdivision are good size and most lots do not have a fence unless they have an inground pool.

Square footage of the colonial and cape cod homes range from 3500 - 5800 square ft.
Square footage of the ranch range from 2300 - 2700 square ft.

One part of the subdivision backs up to M-14 so the highway noise on those six houses is a little loud.  But the rest of the subdivision you don't even know the highway is there.
