Beacon Meadows Subdivision, Plymouth MI relocationBeacon Meadows subdivision is just a small subdivision, but if you have a Plymouth MI relocation you might want to look at the subdivision and any homes for sale. It is just a small sub that is only a circle road with 4 small courts off it. So there is not a lot of traffic in and out of the sub because it doesn't connect to any other subdivisions. The sub is just a short five minute drive to downtown Plymouth. Beacon Meadow subdivision was built in the late 1980s and early 1990s. At that time it was Plymouth's premier subdivision. Many of the early homeowners were business owners and high level executives. So many of the homes had the latest features. Most of the homes are colonials, but there are some large ranches. Beacon Meadows subdivision is a little hilly so some of the homes have walkout basements. Most of the homes are over 3000 square feet. As far as trails or parks Beacon Meadows doesn't have any "play areas" for the kids. But there is a pond and a small lot leading down to the pond on Covington. It's a scenic little pond. Very people even walk down to it. I think the Canadian geese are it's most frequent visitors! So if you have a Plymouth relocation or a Metro Detroit relocation you might want to check out Beacon Meadows subdivision. You will be glad you did.
