Where are the best sites to search for Metro Detroit homes for sale?  Some times my home buyers are looking on the web and find homes.  They call me up all excited and tell me they found a Novi home or Northville home that isn't on any other site.  They want to go look at it right away!

Unfortunately when I go to look for it I find out it has been sold.  Not even recently, sometimes 6- 8 months ago.  Some real estate sites are that far behind on what has sold.  You see they are getting the listings second hand.

The two primary sources that you will find the most up to date Metro Detroit homes for sale is on Realtor.com or MoveinMichigan.com  Even my sites Livonia real estate or Oakland County lake properties for sale or Southeastern Michigan Homes for sale sites are a few hours behind.
