Sure right now you don't have any plans of getting married or even have a boyfriend or girlfriend.  But I meet too many young people trying to sell their condo because they are getting married or having a baby.  Sometimes they have only lived in the condo for a year.   So plan ahead.  If you can afford to buy a 2 bedroom condo I would recommend you to do so.
