Chase Farms Subdivision is located north of 8 mile and east of Novi Rd.    The subdivision was built during the years of 1991 -1999.  Chase Farms has approximately 332 homes..
                                                                                     
The style of homes in Chase Farms are mainly Colonial and Cape Cod style.  Most of the homes have brick exteriors, 3 car garages, 3-4 bedrooms, 2 + bathrooms, basements (some walkout).  Here is roughly the average range of square footage of the homes  2800 - 4300 square ft.

           The school district is Novi Community Schools

This is the latest Metro Detroit real estate update for Chase Farms as of January 11, 2009.  There are 7 Novi homes for sale currently in the subdivision.  Also one home for lease.  The average list price is $426,957 and the average time on the market for Chase Farms Listed homes is 99 days.

There have been 7 Novi homes that have sold in Chase Farms subdivision in the last 6 months.  The average sold price was $402,141 and the average time on the market was 37 days.     

You will notice that the home on Chase Drive is going to sell for less than $300,000.  That is an unbelievable price for a Chase Farms home.
