Churchill Crossing is a newer subdivision located off 10 mile rd in Novi MI between Taft and Novi Rd.  Homes are still being built in the subdivision by Singh Builders and Lopiccolo Builders.  There are still some new homes for sale that have never been lived in and Singh will be glad to build a home to your specifications.  One builder that built some homes in Churchill Crossing has gone out of business. (Multi Builders).

Here is the latest Metro Detroit real estate update for Churchill Crossing Subdivision Novi MI.  There are 3 Novi homes for sale currently in the subdivision.  The average sales price is $451,000 and they have been on the market an average of 209 days.

  Churchhill Crossing subdivision has 216 homes sites in it.  The subdivision was started in 2002 and has not been finished.  Most of the homes in the subdivision are Colonial or Cape Cods.  Most of the homes are in the 2700 to 3600 square foot range, have brick exteriors, 2 & 3 car garages, 3-4 bedrooms, 2 + bathrooms, basements (some walkout).
