Commerce Township foreclosures MichiganLooking for a list of Commerce Township foreclosures Michigan? As of November 2, 2010 this is the latest list. Commerce Twp has about the same number of foreclosures as many Oakland County cities. There is not an over abundance of Metro Detroit foreclosures any more. Most cities range from 10 to 30 foreclosures on the average. Currently there are 23 Commerce Township foreclosures that have been on the market an average of 62 days. The length of time tells us if the foreclosures are moving quickly. If they were on the market over 150 days it would tell me that they were over priced for the condition they are in or we have an excess supply of foreclosures. But 62 days, 2 months is average right now in the Metro Detroit area.
