Deer Lake Independence Twp MIDeer Lake Independence Twp is a 137 acre all sports lake. Independence Township has a beach and a boat ramp on the South side of the lake on Holcomb Road.
On the east side of Deer Lake there are some larger homes that sit up on the hillside above Deer Lake. I would estimate the sizes of the homes on the east side to range from 3000 - 7000 square foot.
Deer Lake real estate I would say starts above the 2000 square foot range. There are no small cottages on Deer Lake that I know of. There are beautiful views of the lake from the homes that sit above the lake. Deer Lake Independence Township MI lies North east of Dixie Hwy and Southwest of I-75.
