Do you get upset with outsourcing?I get so tired of talking to people in other countries when I have a customer service issue. Last month I got a $1000 phone bill from Sprint. What!!!! My normal bill is about $240 for $6000 minutes with 3 phones. I just switched to an Android and I got this huge Sprint phone bill. They charged me overages on my minutes plus charged me for a new plan. My new plan was $165 a month for $3000 minutes. My average Sprint phone bill has been about $240 for the last 6 years. I could not get the Sprint's customer service in some other country to understand how I could have $550 in overage minutes. Somehow the computer messed up when I changed plans. But to get Sprint's customer service reps in the other country to understand it was impossible. It took talking to 4 different people and 1 hour of time to get it right. I actually think I was switched back to America after the fourth person. Now I just hope they don't count the 60 minutes I was on the phone with them on my next Sprint phone bill. Talk about frustrating. I wish the CEO of Sprint cell phones or the customer service manager from Sprint would call their customer service line and find out how frustrating it is. Then my second issue with outsourcing in other countries came tlater that same night. I had found a gift card my wife had in a drawer. I didn't know how much was on it. So I got customer service overseas again on the phone. But they wouldn't tell me how much was left on it, because I didn't know what the initial amount on it was. Isn't that crazy? If I knew that I would be calling. http://www.detroitmichiganrealestatehomes.com/0054F4 Posted on Nov 06, 2010 @ 10:00 pm by russ.ravary - View Profile
