Do you really want to get a Michigan bargain home?Michigan buyers marketIt is still a buyers market for Metro Detroit real estate. Banks are pricing foreclosures so they sell quick. Some Metro Detroit foreclosures are getting multiple offers. Many people ask me and other Realtors "what should I bid on this house" What I do as a Realtor is pull all the recent sold homes that are similar to the home we are looking at. I want you to buy the home at the average sales price for the area or below. Though I have had buyers go against my advice and pay at the top of the range of the home sale prices. But if you ask many of those people years later they are still happy with doing that and happy with the house. That is what matters " my client happy with their purchase" Sometimes you have to pay a little bit more to get what you want even in a buyers market. Sometimes homeowners are not willing to sell their home cheaply and it is the home you want. It is the one that fits your needs and the one that is the best out of the fifty homes you have seen. Sometime you have to chose to pay the price or go for the bargain home that you can make your own. (With work and a little money) Metro Detroit real estate in many areas are selling for $100 a square foot. You can find Livonia Real estate, Canton real estate, and many other Metro Detroit homes for less than $100 Sq ft. But the bottom line is how bad do you want the house? Are you just looking to steal it? If you are just looking to steal a home you most likely are going to get some offers rejected. So can you handle losing this home? is my question? Or are you happy to get it at current market value? I will give you all the information on what other Metro Detroit are homes have sold for. We can look at how they compare to the home you are buying. I will give you advice but the ultimate decision is yours. It is your house and I do not want to be the one that loses the deal for you. http://www.detroitmichiganrealestatehomes.com/0042F0 Posted on Sep 07, 2008 @ 6:06 pm by russ.ravary - View Profile
