Farmington Hills real estate and Farmington relocation informationI had a client that was looking for Farmington Hills real estate under $100,000 that would be in relatively good condition. She was a first time home buyer and did not have a big budget for repairs. But to get back to the story she was interested in a piece of Farmington Hills real estate that had been on the market for 2 1/2 months. It was showing active on the MLS system. We went out and showed the house. My clients liked the house and wanted to think about it over night. Because the home had been on the market so long we were going to put in a below list price offer. My clients didn't call me until one in the afternoon. We put the offer together and when I called the agent she said they accepted an offer last night!!! Then my client became interested in that same piece of Farmington Hills real estate. So that property sat for almost 3 months without an offer. Then another offer came in all at once. So if you are interested in a property put your bid in because it's not unusual for "all of a sudden" there are multiple offers. I've had it happen two or three times on properties that my clients looked at that had been on the market for several months and then other buyers became interested too, Sometimes they have lost the property because they waited too long to make a decision. Sometimes they have become involved in a bidding war when they could have gotten the property with out bidding against somebody else. So the bottom line is: If you like the home, don't wait put in a bid. Don't lose the Farmington Hills home you want!
