How much money do you have to buy that piece of Canton real estate? and home buyer tips.

If you are going to buy a Canton home you have to be realistic about the  costs.  So I recommend to every home buyer, whether you are a first time home buyer or a experience home buyer to sit down and write down all your closing costs, moving expenses, projected repair costs on the home you are thinking of buying.

What is the amount of money that you have now?

         How much are you going to leave as a nest egg?  - never use every dime you have to buy a home.  You will always have repairs and unforeseen costs.

Write it down...in black and white.  I'm pretty good at figures, but many times I have sat down and jotted the fugures down.  I was amazed at how much it all added up to.

So when buying a Canton home take your time and figure out how much it really going to cost you.  And where you are going to get the money to do it all?

I want you to be able to afford the house.  I want to talk to you in 5 or 10 years and hear that you are happy that you bought the home.  Not like some of the home owners that have lost their home to foreclosure.  Budgeting and planning your Canton real estate purchase will help you in the long run.
