I don't mind looking at that.....but should I be worried? Sometime when you are out looking at homes you run across a home that you like but it has a view of a commercial building, a school, a church, or a cell tower. How does that affect the value of the house? Or what about the resale? It does affect both the value and the resale of the home. I saw so many people in the last ten years buy homes that had exterior issues because of the views out their back window. These home buyers were so caught up in buying a new home that was new and made for them they forgot about real estates golden rule. Location, Location, Location. Location and what people see affects your sale price when go to sell it in the future. It will see for less because there are home buyers that will automatically cross the home off the list because of the view. Less buyers that will be interested, less of a demand, thus a lower sold price. You will have to find that Michigan home that doesn't care about the view and that takes time. On the picture above.... what happens if they expand that plant in back towards the house. Sure you can plant more trees to block the view, but you may have more issues selling your home in the future.

Comment from: Epiphany [Visitor] You may have read about this church in Lake Worth Fl. I think the only person to complain, called on their cell phone, so. Anyway before Chistmas they completed a 100' cross and cell tower. There's a picture on WikipediaChurch Lake Worth Fl You can also visit their site, it's a church and Early Learning Center, too.
