I don't wipe butts andI don't do diapers and I won't be coming to babysit at your house. Yep I get asked those questions sometimes. After I entertain the kids and interact with them all day we do form a bond with the children when looking at Metro Detroit homes for sale. As a Metro Detroit real estate agent sometimes my job is to keep the kids occupied and happy while mom and dad are looking at the house, and talking about the house. I have rocked a baby to sleep, blown noses, wiped faces, pushed swings, and I even played school this weekend. I was the student with a bossy teacher! But that little girl knew her stuff. But this weekend was one of the best group of kids I have gone with for 4 days straight. I got hugs each morning and we went 4 days straight 8 hours a day for a fast paced Michigan relocation buyer. They had to find a house in four days and they want to close in 50 days.
We had emailed back and forth their requirements, wants, and desires before they came to Michigan. I had sent them lists of homes to look through. They narrowed down there search to two cities. They wanted to relocate to Michigan in the cities of Northville and Plymouth. We had our list planned out and I set up all the appointments on the homes for sale. Then after I was with them for a day I got the feeling of what they wanted. I then went back to the office and went through the list of Northville homes for sale and Plymouth homes for sale and pulled out a few more that fit their needs and wants. It's hard on a 3 year old and 6 year old to look at houses all day. Sometimes it's the airplane rides down the stairs. Sometime it's the quick tickle when they are getting feisty that helps them stay happy. When it's warm it's the short swing on the swing set that keeps them happy. It let's Mom and Dad stay focused on looking at the houses and finding the right Northville MI home or Plymouth home. Russ Ravary Your Michigan relocation specialist for Southeastern Michigan
Nothing you do for a child is ever wasted. They may pretend not to notice us, hovering in the back ground, averting their eyes but they see what we do for them. Sometimes they yell and scream and they seldom offer thanks, but what we do for them is never wasted.
