One of my clients said that to me.  I get so frustrated when there are no pictures of the inside of the home she told me. She just didn't understand why real estate agents didn't do their job.

A real estate agent's job when they list a home is to get it people inside the house and get it sold. The more people that look at the home the greater the chance they get the home sold. With the internet home buyers can now eliminate a home just by looking at the home on line.  I have know clients that wouldn't go into a house just because of the color of a walll.  It's a dumb reason, because a paint color can be changed.

So to get people inside of the house you don't want to show them how bad it is. You don't put inside pictures on the internet.  You don't want possible home buyers to eliminate a home because of something they saw on line.  So the easiest way listing agents can get home buyers into a home is to not put inside pictures on the internet or on the listing.

 You want buyer to physically see the house.  There might be one person that likes the house despite the problems, the colors, or the wall paper.
