Livonia condos for sale

Livonia MI is a suburb just west of Detroit located in Wayne County Michigan.  I am going to give you a general idea of what Livonia condos are like.

Many BUT NOT ALL of Livonia condos are converted apartment buildings.  Many of Livonia condos were built in the 1950' and 1960's as apartments.  

But Livonia's newer condos are located throughout the city.   

Some of the Livonia's newer condo complexes are located at

• 6 Mile and Farmington Rd
• 6 Mile and Newburgh
• Plymouth and Farmington Rd
• 7 Mile and Newburgh Rd  
• Newburgh and 5 Mile Rd
• 7 Mile and Middlebelt
• 

Livonia condos that are converted apartments sell at a wide variety of ranges.  I have actually found and helped a client buy a 1000 square ft Livonia condo for $35,000 this year.  Now that was a bargain priced condo and it was not even a foreclosure!  Newer Livonia condos range up to $250,000 in price.

Most of Livonia condos are attached condos.  That is where there are two or more condos in one building.  We have very few detached condos or very few Livonia Townhouses.  Though there are a few. 

Buy Michigan.  If you spend money in Michigan based stores and restaurants you will be putting more money into Michigan's economy versus sending it out of state.  My pick of the day is Pic a Bone restaurant located on Six Mile Road between Middlebelt and Merriman.  American food and barbecue reasonably priced.  Check them out and support our local businesses versus a chain.
