Livonia Michigan Home styles

Livonia real estate homes are primarily brick homes.  They are a  mixture of colonial, split level, cape cod, bungalow, and ranch style homes built primarily in the 1950-60s & 70s.,  A 3 bedroom brick ranch ranging from 1000- 1300 square feet is very easy to find in Livonia. Anther style that is very easy to find is a 1700 -2400 square foot colonial.  They usually have 3-4 bedrooms with 2 and half bathrooms, basement, and attached 2 car garage.

Prices for Livonia homes like the ranches and colonials described above  currently range from $100,000 to $300,000 (2008). We also have some newer brick colonial homes and subdivisions that range up into the $500,000 range.  These newer homes were built in the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s.   They have the latest must haves such as granite countertops, open layouts, walk in closets, recessed lighting, and large kitchens.
