Michigan relocation

What is the best school system or the best city in Metro Detroit?  The city all depends on who you talk to.  About a year ago I had a family relocating from Minnesota.  They had narrowed their search down to about 5 cities.  The husband went around to all his colleagues.  The guy that live in Northville loved Northville. The guy that lived in Ann Arbor thought Ann Arbor was much nicer than Northville.  But the guy in Plymouth wouldn't trade living in Plymouth MI for any other city.  But the guy that lived in Canton thought Canton MI was the best place to raise a family.  What my relocation buyer came away with.... was that people loved the city they lived in and other cities were not as nice.   It was individual preference.

It's my job as a real estate agent to talk to you, to learn what cities you are interested in.  No I can't or won't steer you to one town or another.  But when you come to town to view homes I will give you a guided tour of the area.  I'll give you the history, where the shopping is, where the restaurants are, and where to go for recreation.

I'll get you the maps and a good idea of how far you will have to go to work, to places of worship, to school, or for shopping.  Many families don't want long commutes to and from work.  Family time is becoming more important for many families.

Finding the right city and home in the Metro Detroit area for you will be your individual preference.  I can't make the decision on what is the best city for you.  What I will do for you is to provide you with lots of solid information to make a good decision.  Whether school systems or highway access is more important.  Airport access or closeness to work is a major factor where you live.  Or maybe closeness to friends, family, or co-workers may influence your decision on where to work.

If I don't know the answer, I will research the answer for you. What I guarantee you is that by the time we are through looking at houses you will feel comfortable and more knowledgeable with the area.  You'll be able to narrow down the areas that you want to live in.  You'll have the feel of what city fits you and your family the best.  That's what relocation specialists do.  We help you understand our hometowns, our cities that we know well.

The Metro Detroit suburbs has lots of great towns and cities.  Some are blue collar, some are considered wealthy and snobby.  Some areas are known for being yuppie towns, some are lake/recreation towns.  You and your family have individual preferences, let me help you find a city that you can call home.  A town that you will look back on fondly on.  A town that you can build happy memories for you and your family.  That's my goal.
