If you are moving to Canton you sometimes need to preview a home before you come here and having a Canton relocation resource is important.

I had a Canton relocation client that was very interested in a piece of Canton real estate but they had a questions:

 about a creek that ran behind the home

                   what the neighborhood looked like

                                         how big the backyard was

 So I drove out to the home and took about twenty pictures of the area and the home so they could get a better feel of the area.  

Here are pictures of the house.  The house is at the very end of the street.  If you kept going you would end up in the creek.  So there is no home to the left of you.  To the right of the house is a small section of woods about 300 feet long so there is no house immediately to the right of you either.  There is only one house across the street as it too has the creek and woods next to it.

Fellows creek is a small stream down in a fairly deep ravine.  The walls of the ravine slope down but to the bottom where the creek is it is approx 6 ft.  The ravine goes from 20 ft wide to about 12 ft wide.The street is paved off Cherry Hill but changes to gravel half way down.  Large electric towers split the street in half so there is a big wide section of the street that is an open field.

 The back yard is actually good sized, but it has a roll to it.  It goes back to woods and it even looks like they had a bonfire pit back there.  I hope this helps show you what the house looks like.  The house in Plymouth sold as it was a steal at that price.

Michigan relocation buyers usually have limited time to look at homes when they come into town.  So I always feel anything I can do to help them preview homes and make their home buying less stressful is a good thing. 

These little bits of information may help them reduce the number of listings they need to see or make their priorities on which homes to see a little clearer.
