I had a Plymouth home closing not go yesterday.  The bank had not given a clear to close.  Unfortunately the bank did not address a lot of issues until the day before the closing.  So the buyer's agent was scrambling around trying to get the documention needed.

She emailed me at 8:30 at night requesting an addendum be signed by my Plymouth home seller.  So I had to call my seller and email it over to him.  Then luckily they were early risers and I went and picked up the signed document so I could fax/email it to the listing agent.  I went to my clients house to pick up the paperwork at 7am so we could be sure the bank had the document at 9am.

Unfortunately they were still looking for more information (from somebody else luckily) at 11 am, so finally their title company cancelled the closing.  Hopefully today the bank will get their act together so we can re-schedule.  My seller has just to be patient until the bank gets their paperwork done.

It's just another day in the life of a realtor.... the banks unfortunately do not communicate with us until the push is on to close.  It has been a lot of last minute stuff with the banks.
