What is Northville's Prevalent Architecture? 

The City of Northville's prevalent architecture I would say is older Victorian homes.  Some that have been completely updated and restored.  Though the City of Northville has a wide variety of housing styles from old farm houses, to wooded retreats on unpaved roads.  There are your cookie cutter neighborhoods and big beautiful brick colonials. There is one high end Northville subdivisionon some small lakes.  Northville township's prevalent architecture would be colonial homes, and ranches.   Housing in the City of Northville is a mix of new construction with most of the older Victorian homes clustered around the downtown.  Northville Township is mostly newer construction.  Over 80% of Northville Township homes have been built since 1970 and more than half since 1980.

 There are some small ranches and bungalows scattered throughout the city in various Northville subdivisions.  Though there are not huge numbers of these styles of homes (over 1000, my guestimate)  The majority of Northville home stylesI would say is Northville colonials.

  There are Northville luxury homes & mega mansions scattered throughout Northville Township and the City of Northville.  Some have acreage and some are in subdivisions.
