When I go to list a home too many times the Metro Detroit home needs a lot straightening.  It is hard to take good pictures of the home.  Interior pictures are what sell the home.  I have had to completely move junk out of the way to get a good picture. 

   Too Dark and shows car in Driveway

                     Too Much clutter                                   

I have had to remove all the knic-knacs of the dresser, clean up the counter top in the bathrooms.  You want the room to look spacious, open not cluttered.  I have moved furniture.  You want your home to be bright and cheery not dark. 

  Bathrooms are a hard shot as is, don't leave the toilet seat up!!!!!

Don't have a vehicle or all the junk out in the back yard!                                               

        Kids rooms are the toughest.  Are they ever neat?                        

 The key to this is not to have your house looking like this when there is a showing.  You don't want people to see your house like this in pictures or in a showing.
