Oakland County Real Median sales prices
Here is what is going on in the Metro Detroit Real estate market in the first quarter of 2008. Oakland County is a county directly north and northeast of Detroit, Michigan. Note the large drop in number of Oakland County homes and condos sold in Jan/Feb 2007 to 2008. Also note the price changes.
