Oakland County MI Victorian homes for sale

Many people want the charm of a Victorian home.  The hardwood floors, the beautiful exteriors, the front porches all draw the true Victorian buyer.  Some want Victorian homes that are fixed up some what the project of fixing up the Victorian home to it's old charm.

So here is a short guide on where to find Victorian homes for sale in Oakland County Michigan.

Birmingham Victorian homes.   Not a lot of Victorian homes.  What Oakland County Victorian homes there are clustered around the downtown area.  Some are old and some are newly built Victorian homes.   Some of them have been built as late as 2007. The charm of an old house that is completely new.

Milford Victorian homes.  The Village of Milford has the greatest number of Victorian homes for sale in Western Oakland County.  Some were built as early as 1870. So if you are looking for a Victorian home Milford is the place to look first. 

South Lyon Victorian homes.  Not many Victorian homes left in the area.  There are some near the downtown area and then there are some scattered throughout the township.  South Lyon was a farming community at one time.

Waterford Victorian homes.  Waterford is out by many Oakland County lakes.  There are many lake cottages with a few Victorian homes here and there.  Very few.

West Bloomfield Victorian homes.  West Bloomfield is mainly new homes.  A few Victorians have survived here and there.

White Lake Victorian Homes.  There are both newly built and old Victorian homes in the White Lake area.  Not a ton of them but there are some here and there.

Wixom Victorian homes.  There are a few  left standing in the Wixom area.
