18% of the homes that sold were Plymouth foreclosures. Which is the same percentage of Plymouth foreclosures listed to the total number of Plymouth homes listed. What is amazing about the Plymouth real estate statistics above is that only 2 foreclosed homes sold last month. They did sell fairly quickly in only 28 days. In many other Wayne County cities the ratio of Michigan foreclosures sold is much higher. Some cities have 30% of the homes sold are foreclosures.
