If you aren't familiar with Plymouth or Plymouth Twp MI you won't know the home styles that are available.

In Downtown Plymouth which is located near Main St and Kellogg Park you will find many of the houses very close together.  There are not many Downtown Plymouth homes that have large lots or large spaces between the homes.  Many of the yards are fenced or can have fences.  Most of the homes are older.  Remember Plymouth began in 1825.  So some downtown Plymouth homes were built in the 1800s.  Many were built in the early 1900's.  Though some homes have been torn down and rebuilt.

Most of the home styles are bungalows, some colonials, a few tri-levels, and some ranches.  Some have brick exteriors, but many are vinyl sided, aluminum siding, and wood exteriors.

Plymouth Twp Real Estate

Whereas many Plymouth homes are old many Plymouth Township homes are newer.  In fact Plymouth Twp grew dramatically since the 1990's so you will find newer built homes. 

Here are some facts about Plymouth Twp MI real estate

• Homes as new as 2008
• Most of Plymouth real estate is laid out in subdivisions.
• Some have large lots up to 3/4 of an acre. 
• Much of Plymouth Twp was built between the 1960's and 2008.  With probably 10 ten new subdivisions since the 1990's
• Mostly brick exteriors, basements, and 2 car + garages
