Plymouth real estate - home buyer questionsWe were looking at Plymouth real estate today and I was asked by one of my buyers does it matter if I buy a house on a corner? Does a corner lot matter for resale? For most of the buyers I have every taken out it really doesn't matter. Sure some home buyers don't want the work of cutting the extra grass. But it doesn't stop them from buying the home. The only determent on buying a corner home is if the home sits on a corner of busier street. People with younger children may be a little more nervous of buying a corner home if the back yard is open or exposed to a busy road. Other than those two objections I don't think a corner home is looked at any different than any other home.
