Michigan Home buyer tips

Here are 5 phrases and words to watch out for when looking a listings comment section.

TLC needed - this means that the home needs a lot of work.

original owner - means that most likely nothing has been done (no updating) to the house in years

owner is agent - going to be tough to deal with

possible short sale - It is going to be a short sale because the list price is close to what the seller owes

close to shopping - may mean that it is close to commercial property and a shopping center

Here is another tip - if there are no pictures or only one exterior picture it means most likely that the interior is not that nice or needs work. Or that the real estate agent has not done their job.

May the gas station you fill up at have a speedy pump and the window wash fluid be full and the wind be calm
