I show a lot of houses every week because I do a lot of Michigan relocations.  Sometimes I see 60 to 100 homes in a week with different clients.  Many times I see everything that is for sale in a price range.  So when I see an updated home, a beautiful home, for a good price I get excited.

Well today I was out seeing Northville homes for sale and I saw a beautiful home.  It was completely updated.  It was a great home for the price.  One that I would buy if I was in the market.  One that I would want my family to buy.
