Here is a quick list of of Oakland County Lake homes under $150,000.  There are actually 43 homes.  Quite a few of them are just on big ponds, but there are some on all sports lakes.  Usually the bigger and the nicer the lake the harder it is to find a reasonably priced lake front home under $150,000.

Metro Detroit lake front property is holding it's value well.  Oakland County lakefront property has dropped in value but not as much as the average Oakland County property.  So there still is not a large variety of inexpensive Oakland County lake front homes for sale.
