Wixom foreclosures and Wixom condo foreclosures

 There are not many Wixom foreclosures and Wixom condo foreclosures at this time.  It appears that Wixom home foreclosures are not staying on the market too long.  In fact the two Wixom foreclosures have been only on the market an average of 20 days.  Wixom condo foreclosures are like most of metro Detroit condo listings.  They stay on the market longer.  The average time on the market for the condos is 163 days.
