Well we closed on a Northville home yesterday.  My first time homebuyers are excited about their home and they should be.  It wasn't a Northville foreclosure but the home was move in ready.  They can move into the home and not do a thing.  It was updated, clean, and all they have to do it move their furniture in.

They bought it a good price for all the updates it had.  It even had a new kitchen and blown in insulation in the last few years.  They will be saving on energy costs in the future.

This is a nice thank you from my clients.  I am looking forward to tomorrow morning.

This was from John.  He had bought a new Novi condo a few years back.  Then his job was eliminated and he had to relocate down south a year ago.  I help him put his Novi condo up for a short sale.  It took 4 months but we found a buyer, got the bank to accept the short sale price and we got the deal closed.  John now can move on with his life.

 I had helped find a Canton Township condofor a young Turkish couple that had just moved from Canada back in April.  They sent me a nice thank you via email.  But was even nicer is just last week they invited my wife and I to their condofor dinner.  It was an excellent dinner of Turkish food.  They had stuffed grape leaves, chicken, rice, and quite a few other Turkish delicacies.  It was great my wife and I learned so much about Turkish culture.

We shared with them the fun places to go in Michigan.  They are all excited to "go north" latter in the fall to watch the fall colors.  But the bottom line is that we have gained some new friends and learned a lot about Turkey all in the process of helping somebody new to Michigan and new to our country.
