Thermo Cool Garden City is one company I wouldn't use.  I bought a house to rent out.  When you rent out a home in Livonia Michigan you have to have a yearly inspection.  Well of course this Livonia foreclosure had to have things fixed.  I hired an

electrician - TriStar Electric

Plumber -  G & G Plumbing

Painting - Kay Painting

Carpeting - Home Depot

These companies all did what they said.  They showed up on the day they said and did their job.

But I wouldn't hire Thermo Cool of Garden City.  I called them on Thursday.  Thermo Cool said they would show up on Friday.  Well Friday night they called and said would it be okay to show up over the weekend.  I said no problem.  Well they never showed upall weekend.  Well Wednesday I call Thermo Cool Garden City and they said not to give up on them that they would get to it early next week when it cooled down. 

Well I called Thermo Cool Garden City on Tuesday after Memorial Day.  They said they would be there on Wednesday.  Nobody showed up again.  I called on Thursday to let them know I was upset with them not showing up when they said they would.  Therma Cool said they would hope to get to it over the weekend.  Another promise to "get" there. 

Unfortunately I had no more desire to work with what I would call an unreliable service man.  I got tired of promises to show up.  Thermo Cool even said it was "too hot" to do the work.  Now this is just my opinion but I wouldn't recommend Therma Cool to anybody.

But luckily many contractors show up and do their work.  I have nothing but good things to say about the other contractors.
