 This is the latest Wayne County foreclosure report Michigan for the last 60 days.  There were 2212 Wayne County foreclosures that were sold in the last two months as of 12/20/2009.    What is amazing is that over 1800 of them sold for under $50,000.    That is 81% of the foreclosures sold for less than $50,000.

If you add in the ones that sold for under $100,000 it means that 93% of all Wayne County foreclosures sold for less than $100,000.   Look at  average days on the market for all the different categories.   The first box is all the sold information and the second box is all the current Wayne County foreclosures.

 Currently there are 1414 Wayne County foreclosure listings for sale.  As in the above sold report the majority of foreclosures are listed under $100,000.  The biggest item I can tell you about these two reports is that there are not many foreclosures in the higher price points.  If you look at the over $200,000 price range there are not many foreclosed homes for sale.  If you notice the higher the price range there are less foreclosures.  So if you are waiting for a foreclosure in the higher price ranges you may be waiting for a long time.  I hope this gives you an idea of what is going on with Wayne County Michigan foreclosures.
