Wayne County MI Relocation

There are still quite a few people relocating to Michigan (believe it or not).  Some are being moved by Ford Motor relocation or GM relocation.  Some home buyersare moving back home to be closer to family.  I had two different home buyers that moved from California, (YES CALIFORNIA) to be close to family.  One family bought a home in Farmington and another bought a home in Stonewater subdivision in Northville.

What is nice about Western Wayne County is that Metro Detroit has a great freeway system that makes it easy to get anywhere in Metro Detroit.  I-275 parallels the western side of Detroit.  I-94 cuts through southern Wayne County.  I-94 goes all the way from Chicago. IL to Port Huron cutting through the City of Detroit.  M-14 connects Ann Arbor to Western Wayne County and then changes into I-696 going right downtown Detroit.

So whether you decide to live in Canton, Plymouth, Northville, or Livonia we have a freeway system to get you there easily.  What is nice is that if one of the freeways is jammed up you can take a different freeway or road to get there.  From any of these cities you are almost at a 30 to 40 minute drive to downtown Detroit, the airport, or Ann Arbor.  Or you can just jump on the highway "up north".  "Up North" is where everybody in Michigan goes on the weekends to relax after a long work week.

Many Ford Motor & General Motor employees and executives live in western Wayne County.  Even Metro Detroit personalities like Chuck Gaidica (local tv weatherman) and Chris Osgood (Red Wing hockey goalie) live in Western Wayne County.  Western Wayne County has homes and lifestyles for anybody moving to Michigan or even within Michigan.  We have some Wayne County lake front properties in Western Wayne County, some gated subdivisions, and even some estate homes.
