Where to go sleddingWestern Wayne County Sledding Hills We had a big winter storm watch that turned out to be somewhat of a fizzle. Here in Livonia I think we may have gotten 3 inches. We stayed inside and off the roads but now the kids want to get out there and have some fun.
This was a good snowfall for making snowmen. Here are a few spots to go sledding at Farmington Sledding Shiawasee Park
Northville Sledding Amerman School - not a big hill but everybody with small kids goes there. Easy parking and quick access from 8 mile. right at 8 Mile and Center. Cass Benton - on Hines Drive the hill is longer. Northvilles natural hilly terrain makes it a great spot to go sledding at. So whether you live in Livonia, Plymouth, Northville, Novi,or Farmington Hills there is a spot nearby to take the kids sledding. My thought of the day: Even though it's cold and miserable out. Kids grow up so fast. They will only remember the good times of you taking them out sledding. Enjoy the day with your family.
